Welcome to BestOfPerrysburg.com. By accessing or using this site to nominate or vote in the “Best of Perrysburg” campaign, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 13 and older. You must provide a valid email address, name, and ZIP code to submit nominations or votes.

2. Voting Process

• You may vote in as many or as few categories as you wish, with a minimum of five categories required to submit a ballot.
• Votes and nominations are automatically counted. Once submitted, they cannot be changed.
• Nominations may be subject to approval before appearing publicly.
• Duplicate nominations for the same business will count as individual votes.

3. Account Access

• You will receive a secure link via email to resume voting.
• You may log out and return later to complete your ballot before the deadline.

4. Use of Site

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or bots to submit votes.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit fraudulent information.
• Attempt to interfere with the voting process or site functionality.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user violating these terms or attempting to manipulate the voting process.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
